His primary objective is that Atlas works with their clients, identifying their needs as individuals before providing the best solution for their business: a truly bespoke and proactive offering, designed to keep businesses compliant and staff safe.

Oli’s extensive knowledge of multiple industries means he’s able to promote the continued growth of Atlas Safety Management. This includes support for all Atlas Safety Consultants as well as developing cutting-edge internal business systems that ensure Atlas Safety’s processes remain seamless and time efficient.

Debbie ClackDebbie Clack

Finance & Administration Director

Co-founder of Atlas Safety Management, Debbie is responsible for the day to day running of the Atlas offices, including supporting the entire Atlas team (she manages the company Mental Health Wellness programme and is progressing a HR qualification). Debbie also manages all training requirements – from devising and writing course content, to liaising with and advising attendees.

Debbie’s extensive management experience has developed a passion for customer service excellence; making sure the client is always the primary focus and ensuring they are satisfied with every service Atlas provides, is paramount.

Paul PerryPaul Perry

General Manager

Paul’s extensive health and safety knowledge, combined with his impressive qualifications (NEBOSH General Certificate, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid to name a few) bring a powerful dynamic to Atlas Safety.

Paul manages the Atlas corporate client portfolio and to ensure their needs are catered for in a comprehensive, timely, cost efficient way he continually reviews and evolves the Atlas in-house systems and procedures. Approachable, trustworthy and armed with a great sense of humour, Paul adds expertise and empathy to a broad skill set.

Tony SimpsonTony Simpson

CDM Manager

Tony’s background in site management makes him an invaluable asset for Atlas clients needing CDM and Construction support. Tony has a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, a diploma in Construction Site Managing and Contracts Managing, as well as Nebosh General Certificate and SMSTS.

His breadth of knowledge and unique insight means he can quickly identify clients’ needs, offer sound advice and suggest the best procedures. All of which helps to put the client at ease, safe in the knowledge that their health and safety is completely compliant.

Hobbies: Surfing, paddle boarding, field archery, reading & diving

Gail FeverGail Fever

Administration Assistant

For many years Gail worked in customer facing roles, specifically in the care industry, nurturing a deep rooted interest in welfare and supporting vulnerable people. As well providing administration support to the Atlas team, she’s actively involved in the production and presentation of the Health and Safety Policies, Vehicle and Site Files and still finds time to write and circulate the monthly Tool Box Talks to Atlas clients. 

Gail is also responsible for managing and updating the Atlas internal client database and oversees the growth and development of the company’s IT systems.
